A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for all cakes. Any less than 2 weeks’ notice may come with an fee.

This is a solo business. Vege Mamma sources all HER own ingredients, packaging, baking materials, decorating, and delivery.

When inquiring via email, the more notice the better!

Cakes must be paid for in full before your order is confirmed and secured. Following your deposit, vege mamma will email you a payment confirmation.

Payment is via bank transfer.

For wedding cakes or cakes exceeding $500, an initial 50% deposit is required. The other 50% is required 2 weeks before the event.

ANY OR ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL INCUR A 35% CANCELLATION FEE ON THE PRICE OF THE CAKE ORIGINALLY ORDERED.

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Vege Mamma does offer gluten-free cakes.

Unfortunately, all vege mamma cakes contain eggs and butter so I do not have a vegan option.

However, special cakes are launched via the Vege Mamma Instagram & may occasionally be vegan.

This is dependent on seasonal produce and ingredients. For custom flavors, pricing may vary.

Please note, whilst Vege Mamma does take allergy-specific orders all cakes are prepared in a tree nut, dairy, gluten, and soy environment.

Precaution and care are the responsibility of the consumer.

Vege Mamma offers delivery in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney from Monday - Thursday for an additional fee.

For Friday - Saturday orders, pickup will be required.

Please inquire about wedding cake delivery prices.

Please keep your cake leveled in the car once collected, on a flat surface.

Vege Mamma suggests getting a friend to help hold it to ensure it does not tip over or move around.

Please have your air-con on in the car while travelling.

Unfortunately at this stage, we do not as all Vege Mamma cakes are delicate.

As a small, one-woman-owned business Vege Mamma operates entirely with in-house production.

We do all the brainstorming, baking, sourcing of ingredients, decorating, workspace preparation, and pack down and all associated Vege Mamma admin and social media.

All deliveries are also done solely by Vege Mamma herself!

The exclusive Vege Mamma cake extravaganza and creativity take approximately two full days of labor for each individual cake.
